If live is good, can it be bad? It seems a simple thing
But that´s a matter of opinion
It depends on who you ask, if they are made up for the task
For whatever you are told, all that glitter is not gold
So we hold on till we fade away and die and watch the stars in broad daylight
If God is good, it must be blind, another point of view
But for the most part we don´t have a clue
God is love the bishop claims, all good things in many ways
But if god is love, just like he tells,
There should not be no hell
So we hold on till we fade away and die and watch the stars in broad daylight
Sometimes, time takes forever, climbing up the human ladder
Will you tell me please, which way I have to go from here
Should I start at the beginning?
And if I go and reach the end, will my dreams come heaven send
It does not matter where I go cause in the end nobody knows
And we hold on till we fade away and die and watch the stars in broad daylight
Sometimes, time takes forever, climbing up the human ladder

When my demons all stirred and I nearly got burned, I withstood the serpents call
And killed off my giants whilst still being small
It seemed sensible back then, to choose the battles I could win
So I figured I better get rid of them now before they got too loud
And for those of us, still in doubt and never certain, come and watch the stars in broad daylight
There's a ghost in the trees, hear its voice in the breeze, but the words are wrong
Cause it ain't the voice of reason
It can't tell you where to go, just because it does not know
Just remember whatever's worth doing is really worth doing well
And for those of us, still in doubt and never certain, come and watch the stars in broad daylight
Sometimes, time takes forever, climbing up the human ladder
There were times when I stepped up, kept pumping the gas, thinking live is short
But that's a matter of opinion
If live is but a troubled sea, I still feel the need in me
That there's nothing in vain, I just need to unchain, and be on my way
And for those of us, still in doubt and never certain, come and watch the stars in broad daylight
Cause sometimes, time takes forever, climbing up the human ladder

In the heat of the moment some have gambled and lost
In a moment of madness they have challenged the odds
Speeding through live and living the lie
They take off so fast and believe they can fly
and still time rushes by
Fully convinced by their wisdom and views
They find confirmation each night on the news
The tempo they had, slowly gets in their way
The end will come nearer by each passing day
and still time fades away
Looking down from Olympus all below me looks small
I choose not to go there, affraid I might fall
Stand in the light while I glance at the stars
Seen in broad daylight they will open my heart
Like shooting stars, just like shooting stars

Wonderful, beautiful, densely layered music. I'm glad I gave this album several headphone listens before commenting. It did not immediately strike a chord with me, but the more I listened the more I began to understand and appreciate how fantastically rich and deep the sound is. For fans of atmospheric and melodic prog, this is an excellent addition. Bass and drum work are exquisite! paliojen_black

Un pur bonheur de prog rock, avec des claviers de ouf comme disent les djeuns ! De superbes mélodies... Un groupe que je ne connaissais pas encore ! Olivier SEGAS
